Look the story is whacky, but it has that Mario charm and it is fun.
Four of them are turned into half Rabbid and half Mario characters, but the Mushroom Kingdom is in peril thanks to this machine causing chaos. The basics of what happened are that the Rabbids are messing around and they end up transported to the Mushroom Kingdom.
It manages to have that classic Mario charm and the craziness of the Rabbids combined very well. The story that, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is telling is a lot of fun. Putting the Mario characters in a turn based tactics game was never something I knew I needed in my life until this game was released. I mean, who could have ever predicted that we would get a mash up game featuring Mario characters and Rabbids characters?
